1 shallot (slivered)
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 pear sliced (core removed)
1 Tbs fresh rosemary chopped
1 lb fresh chanterelle mushrooms

pepper
1/2 cup bleu cheeze crumbled
Pine Mushroom Risotto
2 cups Arborio Rice
1 shallot finely diced
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
3/4 cup olive oil
salt
pepper
1 lb fresh pine mushrooms
2 tbs fresh parsley
1 tbs butter
grated cheese
