Crème Brulée
2 cups heavy cream
2 oz Grand Marnier or other liqueur
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of orange
zest of lemon
100 grams white sugar
6 eggs yolks
aluminum foil for cooking
sprinkle of sugar for top
Shortcrust Pastry Dough
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
Lemon Tart Filling
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
3 tbs cornstarch
6 egg yolks
juice of 1 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
Chocolate Syrup
equal parts of chocolate chips and cream
Orange Martini
orange slices and cane sugar for rim of glass
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz Ice vodka
4 oz fresh orange juice
Simple Orange Syrup
2 parts sugar
1 part water
orange zest to taste
